Responsibilities:
* Apply 2K paint systems to a wide range of components for a professional, high-quality finish
* Prepare surfaces using body filler, orbital sanders, and other prep tools
* Ensure smooth, even coatings by following correct techniques and application standards
* Work to production deadlines while maintaining safety and quality standards
* Follow job sheets and collaborate with the team to deliver top-tier paintwork
* Maintain a clean, safe, and organised spray booth and working area
Requirements:
* Time-served Spray Painter with formal qualifications or equivalent industry experience
* Background in automotive, commercial vehicle, or industrial spray painting
* Excellent attention to detail and focus on achieving high-end finishes
* Strong understanding of paint application systems, surface prep, and finishing techniques
