<div><h3>Overview</h3><p>Protocol Education is currently working closely with SEN schools in the Croydon area and are seeking qualified and experienced SEN Learning Support Assistants to work with them on a long‑term basis.</p><h3>Qualifications and experience</h3><p>We are particularly interested in hearing from you if you have previous experience of working with pupils on a 1:1 basis who have speech and language difficulties or behavioural issues. It would also be beneficial if you have worked with pupils using the following:</p><ul><li>Makaton</li><li>PECS – Picture Exchange Communication System</li><li>Behavioural issues</li><li>Autism</li></ul><p>If you are knowledgeable in any of the above, we would love to hear from you.
