As a Customer Care Assistant, you will be the face of your restaurant. You will establish and maintain positive communication with customers and keep the manager informed about customer satisfaction.
You will work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment, and we seek someone with a genuine smile, the ability to connect with customers, and make them feel valued.
Friendly, welcoming, courteous, and helpful behavior should come naturally. Effective communication skills such as attentive listening, face-to-face interaction, and maintaining eye contact are essential. You should be able to sustain high energy levels while working efficiently and productively.
