Fire and Security Operations Manager

Job Responsibilities
* Manage performance levels of the project team
* Manage all compliance requirements
* Manage all health and safety requirements
* Manage the design department and all technical vetting for both service and installation works where required
* Allocate engineering resources to achieve project delivery targets
* Manage all sub‑contracted labour
* Manage the company fleet
* Manage all company plant and equipment
* Manage logistics
* Provide essential reports and assist the leadership team in goal setting
* Act as point of escalation for project challenges internally and externally
* Support operational performance
* Work closely with the Senior Management Team to set goals that promote business growth
* Collaborate with Directors to prepare budgets, schedules, and other necessary documents
* Develop plans and strategies to improve productivity and reduce costs
* Regularly evaluate business procedure efficiency against organisational objectives and implement improvements
* Revise and formulate policies, promoting their implementation
* Lead development in engineering, coordination, administration, and purchasing to achieve short‑ and long‑term objectives
* Develop and control the budget for the project and design departments, ensuring adequate resources within financial constraints
* Ensure customer requirements are met efficiently and timely
* Oversee and organise customer support processes to enhance satisfaction
* Promote and ensure health and safety in the business
* Ensure operations comply with legal and regulatory standards
* Plan and monitor day‑to‑day business operations for smooth progress
* Manage relationships and agreements with external partners and vendors
