Your Responsibilities
Lead and grow the Private Wealth practice, delivering exceptional legal services to high‑net‑worth clients. Draft complex wills, trusts, and estate‑planning documents; represent clients in Court of Protection; support and mentor junior staff; maintain outstanding client care; and foster a people‑first culture.
Qualifications & Experience
* Qualified solicitor with significant private‑wealth experience and proven leadership capability (or a strong desire to step into a leadership role).
* Excellent communication and client‑advisory skills.
* Strong organisational and time‑management abilities.
* Personable, warm, and positive.
* Commitment to continual learning and self‑development.
* IT proficiency and willingness to adopt new working methods.
* STEP qualification highly desirable (support provided if needed).
