* Oversightandleadfirst-linecontrol&operationscash,treasury,AP,OracleGL,Blackline;tightengovernance,eliminatesurprises.
* Modernisethefinancestackspearheadsystem,dataandprocessautomation;leadfinanceintegrationforfutureM&A.
* SafeguardensureSMCR,data-privacyandoperational-riskframeworksareembeddedandlived.
* Leadandinspire high performingteams, coachfutureleadersandraisethebar.

* SeniorfinanceheadinInsurancewithdeepIFRS17&SolvencyIIexposure.
* Trackrecorddesigningandexecutingfinance-transformationorPMIprogrammes.
* Provenbuilderofrobustfirst-linefinancialcontrolsinsidefast-growth,regulatedenvironments.
* GravitastoinfluenceExCo,AuditCommitteeandregulators;EQtokeepteamsengaged.
* Qualifiedaccountant(ACA/ACCA/CIMA)withatech-curiousmindset.
