Join Our Mission of Healing and Service
The Harry Edwards Healing Foundation is a charity dedicated to spiritual healing, wellbeing, and community support. We are looking for a warm, organised, and proactive Healing Office Administrator & Front of House Coordinator to be the welcoming face of our Foundation.
This is a pivotal role at the heart of our organisation – supporting clients, visitors, and volunteers while ensuring the smooth running of our Healing Office and reception.
About the Role
As Front of House Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for guests, creating a calm, professional, and welcoming environment. You'll handle enquiries in person, by phone, and by email, book healing appointments, and provide information about our services, events, and shop.
As Office Administrator, you'll support the day-to-day operations of the Healing Office – processing healing requests, coordinating volunteer schedules, managing donations, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring stock for the reception, shop, and healing rooms is well managed. You'll also assist with events and College activities, working closely with the team to ensure a seamless and uplifting visitor experience.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide a warm, professional welcome to all visitors and callers.
* Manage appointment bookings, correspondence, and records through our CRM system.
* Support volunteer healers with schedules, communications, and on-site needs.
* Assist with in-house shop sales, stock management, and online orders.
* Process donations and encourage Gift Aid contributions.
* Provide administrative support across the Healing Office and wider Foundation.

* Excellent communication skills, with empathy, discretion, and professionalism.
* Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM/database systems.
* A flexible, can-do attitude and the ability to work well as part of a supportive team.
Desirable:
* An interest in spiritual healing, holistic wellness, or the charity sector.
* Experience in donor engagement, sales, or stock management.
Why Join Us?
* Be part of a values-led charity with a profound mission to support others.
