Telesales RepresentativeWe are seeking a motivated and results-driven Telesales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with existing and prospective pet trade customers, including independent pet retailers, garden centers, grooming businesses, and pet supply stores, to drive sales and promote our product range.This role is based at our Head Office in Blackburn working Monday - Friday between the hours of either 8:30am - 4:30pm or 9:00am - 5:00pm.Your role as a Telesales Representative will include:Maintain and build relationships with existing Pet Trade and Pet Retail customersDevelop new business opportunities with new and existing customersMake outbound calls to customers across the UKPromote our range of products and brands, highlighting benefits and promotionsMaintain regular contact with customers to encourage repeat salesListen and understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products and solutionsHandle objections confidently and close sales effectivelyMaintain and update the customer databaseCollaborate with internal teams to support seasonal and promotional campaignsRequirements:Proven telesales experience ideally gained from a similar Pet / Consumer Goods environmentExperience in the pet trade or knowledge of pet-related products is highly desirableExcellent communication and negotiation skillsConfidence in cold-calling and building rapport over the phoneStrong organisational and time-management abilitiesSelf-motivated and target-drivenComfortable with Excel, CRM software and sales reporting tools.Please note, this role is being managed internally by our team of Top Dogs.We kindly ask that all ap-paw-cants apply directly via LinkedIn or through our website, as we are not seeking recruitment agency support at this time.
