Offer description

Contracts Administrator, Location: Crewe Business Park, Salary £28-30k + discretionary bonus up to 10%, 25 days holiday + 8 BH, 10% employer pension contribution and excellent benefits package. Full time, 37.5hrs per week, working Monday to Friday.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Contracts Administrator to join a growing consultancy business based in their Crewe office. The Contracts Administrator will support the Contracts Manager with the preparation, administration, and tracking of contractual documents to ensure timely, accurate, and compliant contract management.

Contracts Administrator Candidate requirements:

Proven experience in contracts administration, PA or secretary role.
An understanding of contract law, legal terminology, compliance and regulation would be highly advantageous.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including strong Word and Excel skills
Experience with PDF editing tools and CRM systems
Excellent attention to detail, planning and organising skills (essential)
Good communication and negotiation skills (essential)
Ability to manage multiple contracts and deadlines simultaneously (essential)
Excellent document preparation and formatting experience
Key responsibilities:

Support the Contracts Manager with Contract Lifecycle Management, assisting with overseeing the full lifecycle of contracts from initiation through execution, amendment, renewal, and close-out, ensuring timely processing and documentation.
Ensure that contracts comply of legal requirements, company policies, and industry regulations.
Keep up to date with global regulatory requirements that may impact contract terms.
Maintain up-to-date records of Subcontractor Framework Agreements and Work Schedules, ensuring compliance with internal policies and project-specific requirements and track key contract milestones and renewal dates.
Prepare and review cost estimates across service lines, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and alignment with organisational standards.
Enter new business opportunities into the CRM system, monitor their progression through the sales pipeline, and update records upon contract finalisation to maintain accuracy.
Track, manage, and renew confidentiality agreements to ensure ongoing compliance.
Maintain a structured and accessible electronic filing system for contracts, supporting legal compliance, company policies, industry regulations and efficient document retrieval.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to collect and validate necessary information for contract drafting and cost estimates.
Benefits:

25 days holiday plus of 8 UK bank holidays (with 3 days of this allocated for Christmas shutdown each year). A discretionary bonus potential to achieve up to 10%. (Based on individual and company performance).
After 3 months service:

Upon successful completion of 6-month probation the roles would be eligible for:

Life insurance 4 x salary
Entitlement to be part of the company share incentive plan (SIP) scheme based on annual company performance and subject to any rules applicable to this benefit and respective annual intake dates. Full details would be provided separately upon joining the company.
Study/Development Support: The company are committed to supporting employee development by encouraging the undertaking of relevant courses linked to the role, department, and company. Support for covering the full associated costs will depend on the type, duration, and cost of the course and are subject to approval.
