There is also a strong emphasis on professional collaboration and innovation within the team. Responsibilities: Teach Mathematics to KS3/4, with the potential for KS5 (A-Level) teaching. Develop and deliver engaging and effective lessons that inspire students. Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback. Contribute to the development of the Mathematics curriculum and lead initiatives for departmental growth. Take on leadership responsibilities within the department as part of a TLR opportunity. Qualifications and Experience: Degree in Mathematics or a related field. PGCE or QTS. Experience teaching Mathematics at KS3/4 (KS5 experience is a plus). ECTs are encouraged to apply.
