Salary: OTE £48,000 for Vehicle Paint Sprayer / OTE £42,000 for Smart Repairer.
Hours: Monday to Friday - 7:00am to 4:00pm (No weekend working)

Your Role
You'll work on a variety of vehicles performing cosmetic and wheel repairs to the highest standards. Whether you specialise in refinishing, minor damage repair, or alloy wheel refurbishment, your precision and pride in workmanship will help maintain our reputation for excellence.
We have recently purchased a DCR Pro+ (Alloy Wheel Lathe) which is a top of the range piece of equipment as we are always levelling up our professional set up.
Key Responsibilities:
* Carry out vehicle preparation, sanding, masking, priming, and refinishing
* Mix and apply paint to manufacturer specifications
* Complete SMART repairs, including small paint and panel corrections
* Refurbish alloy wheels to pre-damage condition.
* Deliver consistent, high-quality finishes and maintain workshop cleanliness
* Follow all health, safety, and environmental guidelines
What We're Looking For
* Proven experience as a Paint Sprayer, SMART Repairer with diamond cut wheel refurbishment experience.
* NVQ / ATA Level 3 (or equivalent experience) desirable
* Excellent attention to detail and quality-focused approach
* Confident using modern refinishing tools and spray systems
* Team player with good communication and time management
* Full UK driving licence (held for at least 2 years)
