Our specialist SEN provision in Bow is looking for an enthusiastic Secondary Teacher to work with students aged 11-19 with complex needs, autism, severe learning difficulties, and associated communication needs.
Key responsibilities:
Plan and deliver personalised learning programmes
Support functional, social, and emotional development
Adapt curriculum content to meet individual learning profiles
Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
Promote independence and positive behaviour strategiesThe ideal candidate will:
Be a qualified teacher with SEN experience preferred
Have strong behaviour management and communication skills
Be flexible, proactive, and committed to inclusive education
