Residential Conveyancer Bridgend (Hybrid Working Available)
TSR Legal are working with a long-established and highly respected South Wales law firm that is looking to appoint an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join its friendly and supportive Bridgend office. The Role
You will manage a varied residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion, including:
* Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
* Re-mortgages and transfer of equity matters
* New build and shared ownership transactions (desirable but not essential)
* Direct client contact, as well as liaison with lenders, agents, and third parties
* Ensuring transactions progress efficiently with a strong focus on communication and service
* Working alongside experienced support staff to help manage workflow effectively
