Your key responsibilities will include:
* Managing the contract efficiently to ensure high-quality Food, Beverage, and Accommodation services across all areas.
* Deputising for the General Manager in their absence.
* Maintaining positive relationships with clients.
* Planning the contract and resources to deliver first-class service.
* Managing, recruiting, developing, and training team members.
* Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
* Meeting financial budgets and managing costs to achieve net income targets.
Our ideal Manager will:
* Have previous experience in contract catering.
* Be experienced in leading and managing teams.
* Have a track record of growing sales and retaining business.
* Possess excellent communication skills.
* Be a strong leader who can motivate and engage teams.
* Be able to liaise effectively with colleagues, customers, and clients at all levels.
* Be quality and process driven, focused on results.
* Comply with company policies and procedures.
* Be IT literate (MS Office, Email).
