As a CRM Specialist, youll take ownership of multiple client accounts, delivering high-performing CRM campaigns and contributing to long-term retention strategies. Develop and deliver full-funnel CRM campaigns across email, automation, and retention channels.
Analyse campaign performance and present actionable insights to clients.
Collaborate with clients on strategy, planning, and creative direction.
Proven experience creating and managing CRM/email campaigns that deliver results.
Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (Klaviyo experience preferred).
Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
Bonus: Experience with SMS, push notifications, or mobile CRM.
