We’re recruiting for a Finance Manager- Institutional Retirement to join us. We’re offering a competitive base salary.
We’re growing, and so is our Institutional Retirement Finance team. As our remit expands, we’re looking for a Finance Manager who enjoys improving how things work, supporting change, and helping deliver high‑quality financial reporting. What you'll be doing:
* Driving enhancements to financial processes and tools across the Institutional Retirement Finance team
* Developing a strong understanding of business performance to support consistent and accurate reporting
* Supporting the day‑to‑day financial accounting processes, including controls, reconciliations and reviews
* Monitoring accounting inputs and coordinating accounting deliverables across the division and Group
* Supporting accounting assessments for new or amended products, reinsurance transactions and asset classes
* Designing and improving processes linked to new business developments and transformation activities
* Collaborating with teams across Finance to ensure high‑quality, timely reporting outputs
* Contributing to fair customer outcomes by supporting robust reporting processes and controls
Qualifications
Who we're looking for:
* A recognised accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA or CIMA)
* Strong fundamental accounting knowledge, including IFRS reporting
* Experience in financial reporting, technical accounting or audit
* The ability to analyse data, maintain strong internal controls and ensure accuracy
* Experience contributing to change, transformation or process improvement
* Strong communication skills with confidence engaging stakeholders at all levels
* A collaborative working style, with the ability to build positive relationships
* Curiosity, initiative and a proactive approach to problem‑solving
