Job Description
3. Prepare and deliver accurate monthly management accounts and financial reports.
4. Analyse financial data to support strategic business decisions.
5. Manage budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
6. Oversee variance analysis to identify trends and provide actionable insights.
7. Support internal and external audits by preparing necessary documentation.
8. Collaborate with department heads to monitor and control financial performance.
9. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
10. Contribute to process improvement initiatives within the accounting and finance department.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Management Accountant should have:
11. A professional accounting qualification or Qualified by experience (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent).
12. Strong experience in financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting within the FMCG industry.
13. Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
14. Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills.
15. Strong communication skills to liaise effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
16. A proactive approach to identifying and implementing process improvements.
