We are looking for a motivated individual to join our team as a Property Records Technician. This is a full-time, permanent position with a salary ranging from £25,183 to £27,269 per annum, based on a 37-hour workweek.

Responsibilities:
* Produce and update CAD floor plans and maintain property database records
* Assist with on-site measured building surveys
* Gather and maintain property record information
Qualifications and Experience:
* Proficiency in AutoCAD and experience measuring buildings; knowledge of building construction is advantageous
* Knowledge of GIS mapping systems is beneficial but not essential
* Ability to travel across Somerset to various properties
* Experience with Microsoft Office and administrative tasks
* Self-motivated with strong teamwork skills
* Willingness to learn and develop technical skills
