The Role: Theatrical Journeys You will guide students through the exciting world of drama, from improvisation and script analysis at Key Stage 3 to advanced performance and theatrical theory for GCSE and A-Level. Your role will extend beyond the classroom as you lead major school productions, direct student-led plays, and foster a vibrant performing arts culture across the school. You'll nurture individual expression, develop strong ensemble work, and prepare students for both examinations and captivating public performances.
