3 Heads Agency is a creative production and social-first content agency working with major brands including TUI, Just Eat, LEGO, Under Armour and Virgin Active. Alongside brand campaigns, we build and manage the personal brands of CEOs and high-growth founders. Their content drives reputation, recruitment, partnerships and revenue. Everything is produced in-house, from strategy and filming through to publishing and reporting.
The Role
We're looking for a Production Assistant to support our Social Media department with the organisation, coordination and delivery of content across social accounts. This is a structured and execution-focused role. You will help ensure that content is planned, scheduled, published and tracked accurately across multiple client accounts, primarily for LinkedIn.
Key Responsibilities
Scheduling and publishing content across LinkedIn and other platforms
Maintaining and updating detailed content calendars
Ensuring posts are formatted correctly and go out on time
Organising content files and managing asset libraries
Supporting client communication and follow-ups
Monitoring comments and engagement where required
Assisting with performance tracking and reporting
Coordinating timelines between creatives, editors and account managers
About You
Highly organised and naturally structured
Strong written English and attention to detail
Calm under pressure
Comfortable managing multiple deadlines
Confident communicator both in person and on virtual calls
Keen interest in social media, business and leadership content
Happy being office based and working as part of a close team
Agency experience is a bonus, but reliability, pace and ownership matter more.
