Gemex is a multi-award winning family business at the forefront of fine bridal jewellery manufacturing. We are market leaders in the supply of high quality diamond rings to jewellers across the UK and Europe.

We are looking for a highly motivated candidate (Polish speaking preferred), to join our very busy and highly successful Customer Service & Sales Support Team which provides market leading customer service to jewellery retailers.

This role would suit an individual with 2-3 years office administrator support, preferably with experience in the jewellery industry, keen on developing their office, analytical and commerce skills. There is however great opportunity to grow within the company if the candidate shows great promise and a strong work ethic.

We are based in London's jewellery district, Hatton Garden.

Key responsibilities include:

* Administration of jobs in production
* Liaising with third party service providers
* Adhering to strict tight deadlines
* Supporting sales administration, processing orders, liaising with customers
* Delivery of excellent customer service with professional approach
* Pricing Bespoke Quotations
* Dealing with customer queries by phone and email
* Managing incoming emails and correspondence
* Dealing with delivery enquiries and handling returns.
* Working on various projects
* Pricing Analytics

Whilst full training will be given, applicants will be expected to already possess the following skills.

* Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
* Highly competent in MS Office Excel and Word.
* Adobe Premier Pro correction, refinement & editing of videos + exporting of images/videos for video sliders)
* Adobe Photoshop cropping, correction & exporting of thumbnails
* Picup Media Lightbox - lighting, filming, & rotation of jewellery
* Picup Media App (iPhone version) - controlling turntable & filming / transferring of videos
* Keen eye for detail.
* Not essential but Photoshop knowledge would be a major advantage.
* Ability to work well in a team as well as individually.
* Works well and thrives under pressure
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Proactive approach to all business communication and providing updates in a timely manner
* Meeting deadlines and effective planning skills
* Positive attitude and real passion for helping people
