Role Description
As the Head of Protection Sales and Operations, you will oversee the development and execution of sales strategies to drive growth in the protection product segment. You will manage and mentor a team, collaborate with stakeholders to develop business plans, and analyze market trends to identify new opportunities. Core responsibilities include nurturing relationships with key partners, ensuring compliance with industry regulations, and tracking performance against KPIs. This is a full‑time, on‑site role located in Exeter.
Qualifications
* Strong sales and business development skills, with experience in crafting and implementing sales strategies
* Proficiency in operational management, including process optimization and team leadership
* Deep knowledge of the protection, insurance, and financial products marketplace
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
* Analytical abilities for interpreting data insights and assessing performance metrics
* A proven track record in a leadership or senior management role, preferably in the financial services sector
* Understanding of regulatory compliance and industry practices related to protection and financial products
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
