Job Purpose:
An office-based role, this is the chance to make a difference and become a key player in the growing TektaTeam
You'll be working with our Projects teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and budget. Working within a busy team you will be an essential part of ensuring customer delight.
You'll need excellent organisation and communication skills, a keen eye for detail and be able to meet tight deadlines.
Key responsibilities:
* Project Support – Provide direct administrative and coordination support to the Project Manager
* Project Administration – set up and administrate the project through the effective use of Procore and Coda. Includes follow up of tasks assigned to other stakeholders, and effective management of project documentation.
* Contract Administration – work with the PM & Finance team to ensure high standards of contractual administration including change events, variation quotes, RFI's, EWN's, etc.
* Installation Support & Administration – work with IM to ensure that deliveries, plant & labour is ordered, booked in, and co-ordinated, maintaining proactive levels of communication with all parties. Monitor the snagging list to ensure successful completion.
* Communication & Customer Support – Ensure proactive follow-up with internal and external stakeholders to maintain satisfaction through to post-project completion and handover.

Skills / Experience:
* Experience of working within a pressurised, customer-facing environment
* Ability to talk to clients in a way which will provide reassurance and superior customer care
* IT Proficient, with a good understanding of MS Office products (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams)
* High level of customer service experience, via email and telephone
* An understanding of the Construction industry & environment will be beneficial
Other Details:
* Salary range £28K - £33K P/a dependant on preferred working hours & experience (minimum 40hrs/week) & experience
* This role is an excellent position to learn our products, processes & industry giving scope for progression to other roles such as sales or project management
