You will be required to be successful in establishing professional relationships with our clients, their families and other professionals involved in their care and support.

The support Caremark Rotherham & Sheffield provide takes place in BLOCK HOURS from 4 HOURS up to 12 HOURS at any one time. As a Support Worker you will be supporting your specific clients on a one-to-one or two to one basis depending on the clients individual needs. xsngvjr
You will be required to work on a rolling rota where you will be expected to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday).
