**Job Summary:**
As a Carpenter, you will oversee and manage all carpentry activities on construction sites. The ideal candidate will have strong carpentry skills, leadership abilities, and a keen eye for detail to ensure projects are completed to the highest standards.
Be able to completed 1st fix and second fix to a high standard
**Duties:**
* Interpret blueprints and construction plans
* Coordinate with other tradespeople for project completion
* Ensure compliance with safety regulations
* Quality control of finished work
* Utilise hand and power tools effectively
**Requirements:**
* Proven experience as a Carpenter or similar role
* Proficiency in various carpentry techniques
* Strong communication and leadership skills
* Knowledge of safety protocols and regulations
* Attention to detail and precision in workmanship
* Physical stamina to handle demanding tasks
* MUST be able to drive and get to Sites around Surrey and surrounding.
* Own Tools would be Ideal.
