Key Responsibilities of the Procurement Manager Role:

This position is responsible for managing the procurement lifecycle, developing effective solutions, and driving sustainability initiatives.
Responsibilities Include:
* Developing robust procurement strategies aligned with organisational objectives.
* Leading tendering, contract negotiation, and supplier evaluation processes.
* Managing supplier relationships and performance to ensure quality, value, and compliance.
* Collaborating cross-functionally to understand procurement needs across departments.
* Monitoring procurement spend, identifying cost-saving opportunities, and reporting on monthly KPIs.
* Ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
Requirements for Success:
* CIPS Level 4 (minimum) — Level 5 preferred.
* Proven experience in a procurement or supply chain management role.
* Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
* Knowledge of relevant legal and regulatory frameworks.
* Excellent IT skills, including procurement systems and Microsoft Office.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and build strong stakeholder relationships.
