We are currently seeking an experienced and dynamic Contract Manager and Key Account Manager to lead and develop our Foodservice business in Scotland. This is an exciting opportunity to join a forward-thinking team dedicated to delivering exceptional service and driving continuous improvement. Working in this fast-paced environment, you will develop and increase customer accounts in a defined territory and to assist in projects and new openings in other regions as required. Maximising profitable sales opportunities with the existing customer base and to develop new business as per agreed targets with the Head of Contracts and Key Accounts. Purpose of the Role To develop and lead the companies Foodservice Contract and Key Account business throughout Scotland by ensuring the delivery exceptional service to our customers. Manage customer relationship in a commercial manner ensuring compliance and company policies are adhered to. Drive foodservice sales and margin that exceed company budget requirements whilst delivering key financial targets. Key Accountabilities Take overall responsibility for ensuring contracts are operating within contractual terms including delivery of the foodservice operations. Identify growth opportunities through innovation of existing contract. Identify growth opportunities within specific region and to develop Framework agreements. Ensure the contract performs to budget and achieves their unit business plan and financial performance. Monitor and measure contractual and internal KPIs and SLAs, identify and develop continuous improvements. Management and development of customer relationships. Support the sales team to develop financially sound bids and proposals to attract new business. Play a key lead role in the retention of the contract and develop a strategy for growth. Ensure ongoing strategic development of current accounts to generate new business. Review and implement new ways to drive revenue and grow accounts including the addition of new service lines. Person Specification Essential Foodservice management experience as a National Account Manager, or similar. Experience in commercial and price-sensitive Foodservice supply market. Excellent communication and presentation skills Knowledge of tendering process and experience in managing multiple stakeholder relationships. Demonstrable financial acumen Have a proven track record of customer satisfaction and business growth. IT & computer literate including PowerPoint and Excel efficiency. Track record of growing sales and retaining Foodservice / Catering business. Desirable Catering, or retail sales background Experience in managing Foodservice contracts. Self-motivated and able to adapt to a changing environment.
