Position Summary: As a Business Development Executive at North Bridge Staffing Group, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth by acquiring new clients and establishing new long-term relationships. Your primary responsibility will be to identify staffing needs of client organizations and match them with a Recruiter on our team. This role requires a strong sales and customer service orientation, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to building and maintaining client partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition:
* Identify and prospect potential client organizations through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
Client Relationship Management:
* Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to generate new business.
Market Research and Analysis:
* Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscape to identify new business opportunities.
Sales and Revenue Generation:
* Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets by consistently identifying and converting opportunities.
Qualifications and Skills:
* Bachelor's degree
* At least 5 years' quota carrying sales experience
* Preferably experience in the HR/Staffing/Recruiting fields
* Proven track record of success in a sales-driven role
* Strong understanding of the staffing industry, including knowledge of different job functions and industries.
* Exceptional relationship-building skills, with the ability to establish trust and credibility with clients and candidates.
* Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities, with a focus on delivering win-win solutions.
* Proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
