We are currently seeking an Account Coordinator to join our growing and dynamic team. Reporting directly to the Asbestos Team Leader and Asbestos Regional Director, the Account Coordinator will support the Area Management Team in overseeing day-to-day operations. This role includes managing staff activities and optimising both financial and operational performance. Additionally, the Account Coordinator will liaise with customers to ensure HSL Compliance’s work processes align with their needs and expectations, maintaining clear communication, high customer satisfaction, and prompt resolution of concerns. This role is key to ensuring smooth operations and exceptional service delivery across all projects and accounts. You’ll work collaboratively with account managers, creative teams, and other departments, ensuring everything runs smoothly. Your teamwork and communication skills will help us deliver the best results for clients while ensuring internal processes are seamless. Tech-Savvy Mindset: Comfortable with tools like Excel, Outlook, and project management software, you’ll use your technical skills to stay organised and help the team stay on track. You’ll also be keen to learn new systems to continuously improve your workflow and team collaboration. Proactive Problem-Solving: You’re always thinking ahead and finding solutions before challenges arise. Your proactive approach will help keep projects on schedule and ensure client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Create and maintain contract files, ensuring all relevant information is included and orders are entered into Alpha Tracker. Generate contract correspondence and create service directors to manage the service programme. Perform invoicing on Sage, ensuring entries are accurately recorded in the contract register against the relevant order. Update contract registers with completed works from Parts Usage for work in progress by the end of each Tuesday. Provide updates to programmes and offer support to the Asbestos Manager on operational tasks. Act as a liaison between departments to meet the needs of site staff and clients. Handle incoming calls and enquiries from customers and site staff, responding promptly and efficiently. Provide general administrative support, assisting managers with account-related tasks. Maintain the quality management system and provide necessary information to the central services team. Log and manage customer, site, and supplier enquiries/complaints, ensuring they are assigned to the right person for resolution. Ensure a safe working environment, maintain office supplies, and use equipment efficiently while considering environmental impact.
