About The Role
Part-time position: 2 days a week (8am-5pm)
HC-One is seeking a Chef with an S/NVQ2 in Catering & Hospitality or Professional Cookery, a minimum Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate, and an understanding of Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points (HACCP).
About You
You should be organized, capable of meeting service times, enjoy autonomy in planning, and have a knack for following recipes accurately. A passion for good, home-style cooking and a considerate, kind communication style are essential. You must be able to recognize signs of abuse, harm, or neglect and know how to respond appropriately, including attending safeguarding training and reporting concerns.
