ROLE: Partner Success Manager : Enterprise B2B (Channel/MSP Focus)

We're working with a global technology leader on a fantastic opportunity within their European enterprise division. This role offers the chance to be part of a high:growth team supporting strategic relationships across B2B channels and managed service providers (MSPs).
The Opportunity
As a Partner Success Manager, youll play a key role in managing and developing relationships with channel partners : including MSPs, VARs, and carriers : helping to scale managed mobility solutions and services across Europe. You'll work closely with local sales teams and cross:functional stakeholders to drive adoption of device:as:a:service (DaaS) and mobility management platforms.
What You'll Be Doing
:Act as the main point of contact for channel partners within the Partner Program, ensuring they receive full benefit of resources, support, and engagement.
:Deliver engaging events, workshops, and webinars to onboard, educate and grow partner capability.
:Present and demonstrate enterprise mobility solutions to partners and customers.
:Create technical enablement content such as training guides, product demos, blogs, and video resources.
:Collaborate with local account teams across Europe to build deep relationships at both technical and commercial levels.
:Help partners identify new commercial opportunities, develop managed service offerings, and increase solution adoption.
:Provide valuable insights and feedback from the field to influence future program strategy and development.
:Support issue resolution, ensuring technical blockers are escalated appropriately.
:Occasional travel across Europe required.What We're Looking for
:Experience working with or within MSPs, with a strong understanding of managed mobility services and enterprise device deployment.
:Hands:on technical knowledge of Android Enterprise or related mobility management platforms.
:Excellent communication and presentation skills; confident delivering to both technical and non:technical audiences.
:Strategic mindset with strong analytical skills : able to spot patterns, trends, and growth opportunities from partner interactions.
:Comfortable in a collaborative, matrixed environment involving multiple stakeholders.
