Help keep our engineering operation running smoothly by coordinating our critical stores, systems, and supplies.
About the Role
As our Engineering Stores Coordinator, you'll play a key role in ensuring engineering stores are well-managed, stocked, and compliant. You'll work closely with Engineering, Projects, Finance, Hygiene, and Safety to keep operations flowing-supporting everything from SAP transactions and stock management to contractor coordination and audit readiness.

What You'll Be Doing
* Manage stock levels, supplier orders and SAP transactions.
* Maintain calibration, compliance and food safety documentation.
* Support audits, breakdowns and asset care processes.
* Coordinate contractor set-ups, bookings and courier activity.
* Resolve stock issues, support supplier meetings and maintain improvement actions.
* Attend daily/weekly engineering reviews and support meeting notes.
* Assist with shutdown planning, RAMs, special orders and legal requirements.
What We're Looking For Essential
* Strong communication skills.
* Proven experience coordinating and maintaining stocks in a stores environment.
* High proficiency in SAP.
* Training in DSEAR and COSHH.
* Strong financial administration skills including cost tracking and budget management.
