Within the Workplace division, this role requires a results-driven individual with a can-do attitude, engaging daily with internal and external stakeholders to meet strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities:
* Making outbound calls and conducting outreach to generate a minimum number of quality appointments for Business Development Managers.
* Achieving weekly appointment targets and KPIs related to contact, follow-up, and reporting.
* Using CRM systems effectively to track, qualify, and assign leads.
* Maintaining MI dashboards and reporting tools, and updating internal records accurately.
* Generating reports to monitor business metrics.
* Ensuring a positive start to the customer journey that reflects well on the business.
The Ideal Candidate:
* Has a proven track record of meeting targets and delivering excellent customer sales experiences via remote channels.
* Has experience working directly with customers in a B2B environment, providing outstanding customer service.
* Possesses at least 2 years’ experience with CRM systems such as Sugar or Salesforce.
* Has leveraged social media platforms like LinkedIn and Twitter to build personal and company brands in a B2B context.
* Possesses strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
* Has a good commercial acumen.
