Berry Recruitment are currently seeking Production Operators on behalf of our well established client in the Croydon area.
We have an ongoing position with one of our clients in Croydon; this role has the potential for the right candidates to go on a contract with the client any time after 12 weeks.
Working Hours:
This will involve working both Day and Night shifts from Monday to Sunday. This is based on a continental rolling rota; one week would be 60 hours and the following week would be 24 hours.
Day shift: 6.30am to 6.30pm
Night shift: 6.30pm to 06:30am
Example of the shift would be:
1. Week 1: Wednesday and Thursday Night
2. Week 2: Monday, Tuesday Days, then Friday, Saturday, Sunday Nights
3. Week 3: Tuesday, Wednesday Days
4. Week 4: Monday, Tuesday Nights, then Friday, Saturday and Sunday Days
Duties Include:
1. Full training is provided
2. Loading machines with product
3. Heavy lifting involved on a repetitive basis
4. Lifting products onto machines and setting machines
