Job Description
Our client is seeking a qualified and experienced Residential Conveyancer to join its team based in the Solihull office. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a friendly, collaborative environment with the flexibility of hybrid working.
The Role
You will manage a full residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to post-completion, including:

* Residential sales and purchases
* Remortgages and equity release transactions
* Freehold and leasehold title checks
* Transfers of equity, including matrimonial transfers
* Post-completion matters
* Adhering to CQS Protocols at all times
\n
You will also:
\n
* Support and train conveyancing assistants within the department
* Develop and maintain local client contacts
* Cross-refer clients to other departments where appropriate
* Provide cover for other offices within the firm when required
\n
About You
Our client is looking for someone who:
\n
1. Is a qualified Conveyancer with residential property experience
2. Has strong local knowledge of the Solihull area
3. Has experience managing residential conveyancing caseloads independently
4. Demonstrates a high level of professionalism, care and attention to detail
5. Works well as part of a team and maintains positive working relationships
