Head of Residential Conveyancing

Your role:
* Lead and develop the conveyancing team
* Oversee complex residential property transactions
* Ensure compliance and best practice
* Build strong client and stakeholder relationships
* Drive innovation and process improvements
What we’re looking for:
* Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or Legal Executive
* Significant residential conveyancing experience
* Proven leadership and strategic thinking
* Strong technical knowledge (SDLT, Land Registry, lender requirements)
