Benoli/ Bar Cerdita are independently run restaurants in central Norwich, we offer a casual dining experience serving Italian and Spanish inspired menus. Benoli, is included in the prestigious Michelin Guide.
3 1/2 day working week guaranteed + great tips, minimum of £6,000 per annum. We also offer a staff discount when dining with us.
* Run by owner Oliver Boon, his team provides training for chefs at all the levels. He has 10 years training in London for some of the best chefs in the country. The list include, Bryn Williams, Gordon Ramsay and finally Michel Roux Jr. and Albert Roux at the Landau where he was head chef.
* We are recruiting a relatively experienced Chef de Partie who has a genuine passion for their job and food. This would be a great place to learn and develop your skills.
* There will be opportunities to progress within the kitchen.
