Location: Sherborne House, 131 Sherborne Road

As a Care Assistant, you’ll become part of our growing family, enjoying the support of a dedicated team and the stability of contracted hours. We're seeking a compassionate individual whose caring nature aligns with our values and who is eager to make a positive impact on others' lives.

A minimum of 36 hours per week, with alternate weekend work.

We are not currently accepting applicants requiring sponsorship.

About The Role

Responsibilities

* Support and assist people to promote their own independence.
* Provide support with all aspects of personal care.
* Offer physical and emotional support, to the people we care for.
* Help people to participate with daily living tasks & activities.
* Foster positive relationships with the individual, their family and colleagues.
* Uphold the principles of Altogether Care's values.

All successful applicants will be subject to an enhanced DBS.

N.B The pay for this role meets the national minimum wage for over 21s.

Altogether care is a family run care provider established in 1988 where we have been serving our local communities across the South and Southwest for over 35 Years!
