About Our Client

Job Description
Carry out various tasks to a high standard as instructed, including but not limited to:
3. Handling incoming calls from customers reporting repairs
4. Monitor the live board to ensure the operative / engineer is fully utilized throughout the day
5. Arranging follow on appointments for any jobs not completed on first visit.
6. Allocate Emergencies throughout the day
7. Closing jobs in the system complete or cancelled as the day unfolds.
8. Work from the CSC as and when required Back End Planner
9. Clear any jobs flagged as no access (48 hours)
10. Appointing any jobs that are unappointed in the system
11. Planning appointments for any Legal Disrepair Jobs
12. Dealing with any Out of Hours jobs including payments.
13. Raising Purchase orders as required.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Temporary Customer Service Advisor should have:
14. Experience within customer service or a helpdesk role
15. Excellent communication skills - written and verbal
16. Customer facing / customer service orientation
17. Ability to plan and organise
18. Attention to detail and accuracy
19. Good computer skillsexperience of Microsoft Office Suit essential (Word, Excel, Outlook, Explorer, PowerPoint)experience of SAP beneficial
20. Ability to prioritise works
21. Ability to work as part of a team but also act independently as required
22. Can commit to a 5 month temporary role
