About the Role
As a Registered Manager, you’ll be at the heart of creating a vibrant, supportive environment where every day is filled with purpose, activity, and laughter. You’ll lead a dedicated team to provide exceptional care and help the people we support build resilience, achieve their goals, and live life to the fullest.
Whether you’re an experienced Registered Manager or a Deputy Manager ready to step up, we’ll support you with a thorough induction and specialised management training to help you succeed.
What You’ll Do
* Lead a committed team to deliver high-quality, person-centred care.
* Develop individualised care plans covering emotional, social, and health needs.
* Foster a positive, inclusive culture that reflects our values of Resilience, Courage, Integrity, Respect, Confidence, and Innovation.
* Recruit, train, and nurture your team to achieve excellence.
* Ensure full CQC compliance and uphold exceptional standards of care.
* Collaborate with families, carers, and professionals to promote wellbeing.
* Manage HR processes and participate in the on-call rota.
* Always safeguard and protect the welfare of those we support.
What You’ll Need
* Minimum 2 years’ experience supporting adults or young people.
* Proven supervisory experience.
* A compassionate, resilient, and confident approach to care.
