If so then Chaophraya could be for you._\n An amazing opportunity to join Thai Leisure Group in our Aberdeen Chaophraya Restaurant situated in the city centre. \nWe are looking for a Sous chef, with high standards, drive and passion to help lead this dynamic team.\nThe role:\nAs Sous Chef you will support the head chef and be fully accountable for the Kitchen, food quality standards, team training and development, the team, food margins and food safety Compliance.\n_You will work closely with the Head chef and General Manager maintaining the hygiene standards, quality and reputation of the restaurant.
The food offering is Thai dining with a contemporary twist and the highest quality standards is a must._\nAbout you:\nYou will have previously worked in a high-volume environment, handling fresh food and delivering premium-quality dining.
