A respected regional contractor is seeking a Commercial Manager to lead their commercial function across multiple live projects in Yorkshire. This is a key strategic role, offering long‑term stability and genuine progression. The Role As Commercial Manager, you will oversee the commercial and contractual performance of a portfolio of construction schemes, ensuring financial control, risk management, and profitability. Working closely with the senior leadership team, you’ll drive commercial excellence and ensure best practice is adopted across the business.
