What you’ll do:
* Own senior client relationships and lead strategic conversations
* Oversee campaign planning and delivery across PR, digital, and social
* Identify new opportunities and support business growth
* Lead and mentor a high-performing, collaborative team
* Manage performance, inspire development, and champion our values
You bring:
* Proven B2B PR and comms experience - one or two years at Account Director level
* Strong commercial instinct and strategic mindset
* Confidence in leading teams and building trust
