Engineering Team Leader
Boston, Lincolnshire
We're looking for an Engineering Team Leader to run a small engineering team at a busy manufacturing site just outside Boston. This is a 4 on/4 off day and night shift role, paying around 55K, with real responsibility and hands-on work.
You'll:
* Lead the engineering team and keep production running smoothly
* Maintain, troubleshoot, and improve machinery
* Make safety and quality non-negotiable
You'll need:
* Manufacturing engineering leadership experience
* Strong mechanical and/or electrical skills
* Comfort with rotating shifts
