As we continue to expand globally, we are looking for a motivated, reliable, and enthusiastic Operations Assistant to join our team at our headquarters in ME17 1JA, with relocation to Borden, Sittingbourne planned for April 2026.

Key Responsibilities
* Packing and preparing customer orders for worldwide shipment
* Managing shipping processes, including labelling, booking couriers, and ensuring timely dispatch
* Conducting quality inspections prior to dispatch to maintain high standards
* Assisting with inventory management and stock control
* Maintaining a clean, organised, and efficient warehouse and workspace
* Supporting general operations, including returns processing and stock replenishment
* Assisting with production and product finishing as part of the manufacturing process when required
* Communicating with the wider team to ensure smooth daily operations
* Contributing ideas and feedback to help improve processes as the business grows
What We’re Looking For
* A full UK driving licence (essential)
* Self-motivated, reliable, and trustworthy
* Strong attention to detail and pride in your work
* Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
* Willingness to learn and grow with the business
* Good communication skills and a positive, proactive attitude
* Previous experience in operations, logistics, or warehouse
