Transport Coordinator
We are seeking a highly organised and efficient Transport Coordinator to manage all transportation activities supporting our anaerobic digestion operations. This role is responsible for coordinating the safe, compliant, and cost‑effective movement of feedstocks, digestate, and associated materials to and from AD facilities, ensuring uninterrupted plant operation.
Transport Coordinator Requirements:
You will assist with scheduling and coordinating drivers for the collection and delivery of feedstocks, including food waste and agricultural residues, as well as digestate, ensuring all transport activities are fully compliant with DVSA and DVLA legislation. Working closely with site managers and the commercial team, you will help align transport operations with both operational and commercial requirements.
The role also involves preparing and distributing reports on vehicle movements, transport costs, and overall transport efficiency, as well as monitoring and reporting on fuel card usage across the Biogen fleet.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a logistics support or fleet administration role, strong communication skills, and a good working knowledge of CPC requirements, drivers’ hours legislation, and associated monitoring processes, along with proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Job Type: Full Time, 37.5 hours per week Monday – Friday. Hybrid working available
Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 per annum, dependent on experience
