Key Responsibilities:
Greeting patients and providing excellent front-of-house service
Managing the practice diary efficiently and accurately
Handling incoming calls and enquiries with professionalism and warmth
Supporting patient journey and treatment uptake with a sales-focused approach
Administrative duties to support the wider dental team
Skills & Experience:
Previous experience as a receptionist (dental background preferred)
Strong diary management and organisational skills
Confident and professional phone manner
A proactive, sales-driven mindset
Experience using Dentally software is highly desirable
