Here at BDS Recruitment we are looking to recruit for an ongoing position as a Sheltered Housing Scheme Manager based in the Alton, Hampshire area.
Position: Sheltered Housing Scheme Manager
Location: Alton, Hampshire
Hours: 20 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm (flexible start times).
Employment Type: Temp to perm for the right person, start ASAP.
Pay
£15.96 per hour (PAYE) / £20.29 per hour (UMB)
Responsibilities
* Provide daily communication with residents who live independently within the scheme.
* Assess residents' daily needs and signpost information.
* Conduct regular welfare checks.
* Perform health and safety checks on the building.
* Carry out reporting and perform necessary repairs.
* Organise activities.
Requirements
* Hold an Enhanced DBS check dated in the last 12 months or on the update service.
* Previous sheltered or supported housing experience is ideal.
* Experience working with older adults (55+).
