Position: Chair Upholsterer
Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week
Schedule: Monday to Thursday, 06:00–16:30
Location: Leeds
Salary: £14ph-£20ph

The Role
We are looking for an experienced and meticulous Chair Upholsterer to join their team. You will be responsible for upholstering and reupholstering a variety of chair styles with precision and craftsmanship.
Key Responsibilities:
* Cutting, measuring, and fitting fabric or leather materials to chairs.
* Repairing, padding, and re-stitching existing chair upholstery.
* Selecting and working with high-quality materials for a professional finish.
* Assessing customer requirements to meet bespoke specifications.
* Maintaining tools and workspace for optimal productivity and safety.
About You
You’ll have a passion for upholstery and a keen eye for detail. We’re looking for someone who takes pride in their craftsmanship and thrives in a hands-on role.
Essential Skills & Experience:
* Previous experience in chair upholstery or a related role.
* Proficiency in measuring, cutting, and attaching fabrics/leather.
* Familiarity with using upholstery tools and equipment.
* Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
* Commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
