Role Overview
Based in our office in the Manvers area of Rotherham, the Apprentice Recruitment Administrator will support the education recruitment administration process, including candidate compliance.
Summary
* Apprenticeship wage starting from £11,778 per year, negotiable.
* Business Administrator Level 3 training.
* Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 am – 4:00 pm, one hour unpaid lunch.
* Part‑time 30 h per week, start ASAP, 18‑month duration.
Responsibilities
* Support the compliance manager on all aspects of candidate compliance.
* Provide bespoke administrative support to office staff.
* Send and monitor the return of all candidate documents.
* Request and follow up candidate work references.
* Communicate with office staff and external organisations about candidate compliance.
* Monitor the candidate training matrix.
* Provide bespoke administration support on individual initiatives.
* Contribute to identifying and implementing improved processes.
